• Warranty is applicable for Manufacturing Defects of Compressor, Thermostat and Heating Element only within 12 Months of purchase. These said 3 parts will be free but visit charges of Rs. 300 will be applicable during warranty period. For all other issues within warranty or out warranty the Visit Charges of Rs 300 + Taxes are applicable along with part cost, payable by customer.

Not Covered in Warranty

• The Warranty does not cover Plastics, Rubber, Glass and Consumable Items. Accessories External to the System. Damage Parts. The Product is Not Used According to the Instructions Given in the Instruction Manual. Defects Caused by Improper Use as Determined by the Company Personnel. Modification or Alteration of Any Nature is Made in the Electrical Circuitry or Physical Construction of the Set. Product is opened or tempered with, by any unauthorised person. Damages resulting from accidents, mishandling or negligence on part of the customer. Damages due to chipping, peeling, plating and denting. Normal wear and tear of parts. Site (Premises Where the Product is Kept) Conditions that do not conform to the Recommended Operating Conditions of the Machine. Defects Due to Cause Beyond Control Like Lightning, Abnormal Voltage, Acts of God, While in Transit to Service Centres or Purchaser's Residence
