Common Cancellation Questions

Can I modify/change the specification for the ordered product without cancelling it? expand_more

No, once an order is placed the specification of the product can not be modified. If changes are required, you must first cancel the existing order (if eligible) and then place a new one with the desired specifications.

Why am I getting charged for cancellation? / What is a Cancellation Fee? expand_more

A Cancellation fee will be applied or charged only if an eligible order is cancelled after 24 hours of placing.

The reason for this fee is twofold:

  • To compensate for the time and effort incurred in processing the order by the seller.
  • To compensate our logistics partner for costs incurred if the order was already shipped.

Note: You can find specific information about whether your order is eligible for a cancellation fee under the order details by logging into your account.

I see the 'Cancel' button but I can't click on it. Why? expand_more

A greyed-out or unclickable 'Cancel' button may indicate one of the following conditions:

  • The item is out for delivery or already delivered.
  • The item is non-refundable (e.g., digital products like Gift Cards).
  • The cancellation window has passed, and in some cases, cancellations at this stage may incur fees or be entirely unavailable.

Always check the product's cancellation policy before purchase for clarity on these restrictions.

How long does it take to cancel an order? expand_more

The cancellation speed depends on the order status:

  • If the seller hasn’t shipped the order, it will be canceled immediately.
  • If the order is already shipped, cancellation occurs once the delivery partner confirms the return.

In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply if canceled after the specified time. Cancellation windows vary by category, and doorstep cancellations may also incur fees. Please check the product page for specific details regarding your item.

Can I reinstate a cancelled order? expand_more

Once an order is officially cancelled, it cannot be processed or delivered.

If you still wish to receive the product, it is recommended that you place a new order based on availability.

To locate the product quickly, visit the 'Orders' section of your account and select 'Buy now' next to the cancelled item entry.

Where can I find the free cancellation period once an order is placed? expand_more

After placing an order, you can always find the free cancellation period and other important deadlines on the 'Order Details' page within your account.
